A benchmark in the healthcare sector, Grupo Lusíadas invested in expanding its contact center in Braga and entrusted Orion Engenharia & Construção with enlarging the physical space dedicated to this service.

Installed within one of the Lusíadas Saúde units in Braga, the entire area had to be adapted to accommodate the growing service, which handles customer support and guidance for the healthcare group.

The expansion involved construction, painting, and various technical specialties in an intervention that balanced quality and timely delivery without disrupting the normal operation of the healthcare facility.
